The other day during my lunch hour I was walking around the creek near my office, and was listening to a podcast about building secure relationships (Shoutout to Julie Menanno's Secure Relationship Podcast!)
One of the things that she pointed out stuck with me. So much so that I had to pause the podcast, rewind it, and played it again. The more I reflected on it, the more I've seen this play out in many of the couples I have worked with.
I took a minute or two to record my thoughts in a short video. It's about couples having difficulty with the timing of addressing important topics.
